If the karaoke system, song library, YouTube access, or any related service is not functioning correctly, the customer must notify us immediately upon discovering the issue.

We operate a 24-hour support service and will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem, provide an alternative solution, or restore service as quickly as possible.

Failure to report an issue promptly may limit our ability to provide immediate assistance or compensation for any disruption experienced during the hire period.
